What happens next
1. Subscribe
Choose how many users to protect (minimum 5), then tell us your platform and the email domain to protect, such as sterlingmegroup.com. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
2. We contact you
Within 3 business days we reach out to schedule a short call with your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administrator.
3. We connect your tenant
Your administrator grants API access on the call. Mail flow does not change, users see nothing new, and protection starts the same day.
Billing questions
How is the price calculated?
$9 per protected user, per month, with a minimum of 5 users ($45 a month). You are billed monthly on the date you subscribe.
How do I add or remove users?
Use Manage your subscription and enter the email address you subscribed with. Stripe sends you a one-time code. Changes are prorated on your next invoice. The minimum is 5 users.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the same subscription page. Protection continues until the end of the month you have paid for.
What do you need from us?
The email domain you want protected and about 30 minutes with someone who holds administrator rights in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. That is it.
